Santa Monica Wins Men’s Volleyball Conference Championship
For just the second time in program history the Santa Monica College Men’s Volleyball program has won the Western State Conference Championship. The Corsairs won their first ever WSC conference title in 2008.
For just the second time in program history the Santa Monica College Men's Volleyball program has won the Western State Conference Championship. The Corsairs won their first ever WSC conference title in 2008.
The Corsairs went 16-2 overall in in the regular season and an impressive 11-1 in WSC play. The Corsairs were paced by sophomore right-side Taylor Tattersall who averaged a team leading 3.40 kills per set and a team best 0.58 blocks per set. Freshman libero AJ Smith averaged 2.53 digs per set, while sophomore setter Bryant Lagmay averaged 8.79 assists per set.
