Glendale Men; West LA Women Win WSC Championships
The Glendale College Men’s Track and Field team along with the West Los Angeles College Women’s Track and Field team recently won the Western State Conference team Championships. Glendale won with a total of 158.333 points, while West LA racked up 167 points.
The Glendale College Men's Track and Field team along with the West Los Angeles College Women's Track and Field team recently won the Western State Conference team Championships. Glendale won with a total of 158.333 points, while West LA racked up 167 points.
The Vaquero men just edged out West LA, by 7.333 points. The Wildcats had won the previous two conference titles. It's the first for Glendale since 1987.
The Wildcat women meanwhile won their fourth straight title, and fifth of the last six. West LA outpaced both Glendale College and Ventura College who tied for second place with 111 points each.
