Richards Tabbed 5CTCA SoCal Runner of the Week
Sacramento, Calif. - Freshman Brianna Richards has been tabbed the 5CTCA SoCal Runner of the Week for Week No. 8, announced Thursday.
Richards, who finished runner-up at the Western State Conference Championships, has placed in the top 10 in every race she has competed in this season. She finished the 3,000-meter course at the WSC Championships in 18:31 and heads to the SoCal Championships next on Friday, Nov. 7. In the SoCal Preview Meet on the same course, she finished seventh overall in a time of 19:05.
