WSC Still With Four Teams in Women’s Basketball State Poll
Not much has changed for the Western State Conference in the most recent California Community College Women’s Basketball Coaches Association State and Regional Polls. The Western State Conference is represented by four teams in the State Poll and SoCal Polls. Three of the four teams in the poll hail from the WSC North.

Ventura College remains the highest ranked team, dropping one spot to #4 in the State and staying at #2 in the South after starting out 5-1 on the year. Los Angeles Valley College is the next team up staying at #12 in the State and #9 in the South thanks to their 3-1 start.
Cuesta College checks into the polls for the first time, coming in at #16 in the State and #10 in the South and is one of a handful unbeaten teams at 5-0. College of the Canyons is the final ranked team in this week's poll dropping three spots to #18 in the State and four spots in the SoCal to #12 despite an impressive win over #8 Mt. SAC recently and a 5-4 record against some stiff competition.
